Update from Mary Beth

Here is a quick update:

We saw Dr Curti at Providence Hospital in Portland on Tues, Feb 27th. After consulting with both Dr Curti and Dr Neville, here is our schedule, as we know them today:

Bruce is going forward with InterleukinII treatment.

~He will complete some tests on Wed, March 7th in Corvallis to confirm that he is a healthy candidate for the treatment.

~He is scheduled for Mon, March 12th to be admitted to Providence Hospital. He will have one treatment every 8 hours for a total of 14 treatments. He will come home on Sat, Mar 17th to recover for 2 wks.

~He will then repeat the cycle (14 treatments) starting April 2nd and then be home for 4 wks.

~After that (beginning of May), he will have a series of imaging to see if the chest tumor responded to the treatment and re-check the brain. At that point, future treatment options will be discussed based on the imaging results-either brain radiation and/or further InterluekinII treatments.

We will send specific prayer requests and more pictures soon. Thank you again for your love, support and prayers….one can never get enough of those!

Love,
MBA for the “A” TEAM!

COME LET US WORSHIP AND BOW DOWN, LET US KNEEL BEFORE THE LORD OUR GOD OUR MAKER. FOR HE IS OUR GOD, AND WE ARE THE PEOPLE OF HIS PASTURE AND THE SHEEP OF HIS HAND!

I heard, when I got to The Majestic that a family had two rows of seats filled. Little did I know that it was the MB & Bruce Crew. I had so much fun meeting your friends. Your son and daughter were great, I especially liked her make-up...would work in my neighborhood. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
